As a Senior Technical / Commercial Engineer, you will take on a dual role:
Technical: You will work on complex structural challenges, performing FEA using advanced software such as DIANA, ANSYS, or similar tools.
Commercial: You will maintain and develop client relationships, identify market opportunities, and guide proposal and acquisition processes.
You are a confident communicator who moves easily between office work, client visits, and construction sites, and you think proactively alongside project stakeholders.
- Perform and oversee structural analyses (concrete, steel, foundations, etc.)
- Model complex structures (2D/3D, linear and nonlinear)
- Maintain close contact with clients and contribute to project development
- Contribute to quotations and tailored client proposals
- Mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge within the team
What do you need
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in structural modeling and FEA
- Proficiency with DIANA, ANSYS, SCIA or similar tools; experience with Python is a plus
- Commercial mindset built on technical credibility and trust
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence in both office and on-site discussions
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license (B)
