Our client is looking for a technically strong and execution-focused Project Manager who is used to working for system integrators, technical installation companies, or solution providers, and who takes ownership from design through to on-site delivery. In this role, you’ll manage every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial scope and planning through to execution, installation, commissioning, and final delivery.

As Project Manager for Data Center Projects, you take full ownership from handover through to final delivery, maintaining control over planning, budget, scope, and quality. In a technically complex environment, you keep the overview, set clear priorities, and ensure project goals are achieved. You act as a confident and credible partner for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, actively contributing to the best technical solutions, particularly in the field of backup power systems and diesel generator installations.
You will work on complex data center projects where reliability and continuity are critical. You lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning, and are comfortable working close to site and execution. As a hands-on Project Manager, you understand what is happening on site and ensure projects are successfully installed, tested, and delivered. Data center experience is not essential; a proven track record in delivering complete technical solutions in execution-driven environments is key.
What do you need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in technical environments
- Experience delivering complete systems
- Strong involvement in installation and commissioning
- Experience with diesel generators / backup power / energy systems
- Background in system integrators, technical installation companies, OEMs, or power solution providers
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and stakeholders
- Responsible for budget, planning, and scope
- Technically strong, practical, and solution-oriented
- Willing to visit project sites regularly
- Fluent in English
