Senior/Lead Document Controller

Our client, a renowned engineering and consultancy firm, is seeking a driven and experienced Senior / Lead Document Controller to join their expanding Project Services department. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding multidisciplinary project teams through the successful setup and implementation of document control systems, with a strong focus on the Pro Arc DMS platform recently introduced across the organization.

You’ll act as the central figure managing both internal and external document flows—ensuring structure, compliance, and efficiency from initiation to project completion. Whether dealing with suppliers, contractors, or clients, your ability to implement and optimize documentation processes will be vital to the team’s success.
