In this senior role, you’ll take the lead in designing and coordinating electrical systems for cutting-edge data center environments.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing electrical systems including low- and medium-voltage distribution, UPS systems, generators, and security installations
- Developing scalable and energy-efficient concepts aligned with client requirements and industry standards (e.g. Tier III/IV)
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration across all systems
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor for clients and project stakeholders
- Guiding less experienced engineers and elevating the team’s technical level
- Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and technical risk assessments
What do you need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in complex building-related installations
- Experience in data centers or other mission-critical environments is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Experience with tools such as Revit, BIM360, and electrical calculation software
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
