As a Project Manager | High Voltage, you will join a regional project management team and oversee a portfolio of electrification projects. These include the engineering of high-voltage substations, upgrades to the power grid in coordination with transmission system operators, and industrial energy transition projects such as implementing E-boilers and electrolysis systems.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects. From the conceptual phase to delivery, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring successful project execution according to agreed scope and budget.

You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside construction managers, supervisors, lead engineers, project control specialists, and supply chain stakeholders. Your strong technical background allows you to quickly understand client needs and translate them into actionable engineering strategies and packages.

This position is available in multiple locations across the Netherlands—Eindhoven, Elsloo, Schiedam, Hengelo, or Groningen—with the flexibility of hybrid working. Our client also provides excellent opportunities for professional growth through training, coaching, and diverse project exposure.

What do you need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Life Sciences).
5–10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
Proven ability to create and manage detailed engineering packages.
Experience in regulated industries with high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills and fluency in both Dutch and English.
Strategic thinker and relationship builder with the ability to manage stakeholders and decision-making processes effectively.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at various stages.
