We are looking for a Project Planner to support the successful execution of complex projects by managing resource planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time and with optimal resource allocation, while continuously improving planning processes and tools.

You will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), working closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders across the organization. The PMO focuses on driving efficiency, consistency, and quality in project execution through robust planning, monitoring, and process improvement.

As a Project Planner, you are responsible for managing planning tools, facilitating resource planning, and supporting project scheduling activities. Your key responsibilities include:
- Support resource planning and scheduling during project execution
- Manage planning tools, dashboards, reporting, and user support
- Analyze planning data to identify workload issues and improvements
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to align teams
- Act as main point of contact for planning tools and processes
- Assist project managers with schedule creation, updates, and reviews
- Perform critical path analysis and identify risks or bottlenecks
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, templates, and training
What do you need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within an EPC or similar environment
- Strong understanding of project management and planning methodologies
- Basic knowledge of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
