Do you see yourself leading full-scale technical projects from start to finish — from defining scope with the client to delivering a working installation on-site? For one of our long-term clients in industrial engineering (operating in sectors such as chemical and food production), we are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of multidisciplinary projects and guide teams to success.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical insight, client management, and hands-on leadership in a high-impact industrial environment.

You'll get to work for a small but effective engineering office.
With about 25 people, they are big enough to handle big projects and small enough to call themselves a family.
Their projects are mainly in the food industry and focus on piping, making P&ID's and isometrics of factories.

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of engineering and execution projects such as advanced piping systems and related industrial installations — including:
-Tank farms and piping networks
-Pipe bridges and utility areas
-Boiler houses and steam/condensate systems
-Pumping systems and production lines
You will translate client needs into a workable approach, align stakeholders, guide your engineering team, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and scope.
What you’ll do
-Lead projects from intake and planning through execution and delivery
-Coordinate internal engineering teams and external parties/suppliers
-Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks and reporting
-Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
-Ensure engineering output meets quality and safety standards
-Support continuous improvement in processes, collaboration and delivery
What do you need
-Experience managing technical/industrial projects (engineering or execution)
-Experience in the food industry
-Strong communication skills and a structured working style
-Leadership: you know how to steer engineers and specialists as a team
-Comfortable in industrial environments (brownfield/greenfield is a plus)
-Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
-A practical mindset: you take ownership and deliver
