This client specializes in the construction of smart buildings. Mainly for industrial use, with the focus on Cleanrooms. This position is for the large projects division.
They are in charge of the construction of industrial or complex company buildings.
They construct the buildings of the future. With all the smart systems, automated control and sustainability in mind.
Vacancy information
You will have an independent role in our Large Projects team (200 FTE). You will be involved in the entire process of a project. From design to delivery. You translate the customer's requirements into installation technology, bringing together our DNA and the customer's requirements. You collect the design requirements and are responsible for developing the design. In our Major Projects team in Vianen, there is plenty of room for your input. How can you improve current processes within the possibilities? Bring your ideas to us, we are eager to hear them!
What do you need
- You have a mechanical engineering bachelor and minimum of 10 years of experience;
- You have experience in the design of buildings and HVAC systems;
- You have experience with BIM;
- You are fluent in English.
- Bonus if you have worked on projects in NL, GER or the EU
