As a Field Service Engineer specializing in cooling systems, you’ll be the go-to expert for servicing high-performance HVAC and precision air conditioning units. You’ll ensure optimal performance of mission-critical systems, often in high-demand environments.

  • Technical degree (MBO/HBO or equivalent) in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with commercial or industrial cooling systems.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, compressors, and control systems.
  • F-gas certification or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

 

What do you need

  • Install and commission precision cooling and HVAC systems at customer sites.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective service interventions.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.
  • Provide technical advice and on-site support to customers.
  • Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
