Referral Bonus Program

The following terms and conditions apply to our referral bonus program

  1. Eligibility
    • The referral bonus program is open to all current and former employees and candidates of FairPlay Engineering, except those currently involved in the hiring process for the position they are referring for.
    • All new profiles, those we have never been in contact with before, will be entered into our system and tagged as a referral for the next 12 months. The bonus will be awarded if they are placed for the referred position or any other within the 12-month period.
    • A referred candidate who has previously applied or been in contact with FairPlay Engineering will be eligible for consideration for the specific position they are referred for, and the referral bonus will be awarded, provided that we have not been in contact with the candidate within the past three months.
    • The referred candidate must meet the qualifications and requirements of the open position.
  2. Referral Process
    • To refer a candidate, the candidate’s resume and contact information must be submitted through the designated referral email address referral@fairplayengineering.nl
    • The referring employee must prove the candidate’s consent and knowledge of the referral by including the candidate in CC in the email.
    • Referrals must be for a specific vacancy and the email must include the job ID of the applicable vacancy, as shared in the Referral Program WhatsApp group, in the subject line.
  3. Bonus Structure and Payment Terms
    • The referral bonus amount for successful referrals will be €2000,- (before tax).
    • The bonus will be paid in full after the referred candidate is hired and completes 3-months of employment.
    • The referral bonus is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Employees not currently on the FairPlay Engineering payroll are responsible for declaring the bonus to their local/relevant tax authorities.
    • If the referred employee leaves the company or their employment is terminated within the first 3 months the referee will forfeit the referral bonus.
  4. Program Changes and Termination
    • FairPlay Engineering reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral bonus program at any time without prior notice.
    • Changes to the program will be communicated via email or Referral Bonus WhatsApp Group.
  5. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes or discrepancies regarding the referral bonus program can be reported to the FairPlay Engineering Operations and Development Manager at milja.prince@fairplayengineering.nl  
    • The decision of the Operations and Development Manager will be final and binding.
  6. Confidentiality
    • All referral information will be subject to the FairPlay Engineering GDPR policy requirements.
  7. General Conditions
    • The referral bonus program is void where prohibited by law, client regulations, or any other contractual obligation of FairPlay Engineering.
    • Participation in the referral bonus program constitutes the employee’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
