Function
- Administer the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules of all machinery in the assigned plant.
- Analyze maintenance plans, critical timelines, and available resources.
- Contribute to the design and planning of monthly or weekly repair and maintenance plans.
- Calculate and deploy short-term and mid-term maintenance plans.
- Interact with manufacturing operations, logistics, and vendors to optimize delivery sequences.
- Schedule personnel and calculate parts, tools, and material flow.
- Analyze maintenance and repair reports and maintain planning documentation and reports in IT systems.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant work experience as a Maintenance Planner.
- Experience in the field of business services is preferred.
- Minimum educational level: MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software related to maintenance planning.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Residing in the Assen area or willing to relocate.
