Are you an experienced HVAC engineer with a background in offshore projects? Our client in is looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer to join their team.

Leading and inspiring the HVAC team, providing guidance and support to team members.
Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of projects as the lead engineer.
Delivering all HVAC project deliverables in alignment with project requirements.
Facilitating effective communication among various engineering disciplines, project management teams, and clients.
Defining the scope of work and allocating necessary resources for the HVAC discipline.
Participating in daily scrum meetings and project status meetings.
Conducting site visits, surveys, FATs, SATs, and offering construction assistance as needed.
Coordinating and collaborating with construction contractors following project award.
Taking responsibility for quality, cost, schedule, material quantity, and budget control, including reporting project status, progress, and lessons learned.
Managing changes effectively and ensuring project priorities.
Prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental considerations and setting an example for others.
Contributing to the development and growth of junior engineers through coaching and mentorship.
Preparing project proposals, including estimates of man-hours and schedules for the HVAC scope of work.
Identifying opportunities for value-added enhancements and optimization.
Developing work instructions, procedures, and guidelines to support project activities.

What do you need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to assume the lead engineer role, overseeing planning, scheduling, man-hour estimates, and progress measurement.
Extensive HVAC engineering and design experience in the Refinery, Petrochemical, and Offshore markets (10+ years).
A good understanding of the requirements and interfaces with other engineering departments.
Solid knowledge of national and international codes and standards.
Previous experience in managing (midsize) teams.
Experience in executing projects across multiple offices is advantageous.
Familiarity with Project Controls, including scheduling and progress tracking.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
A proactive and motivating attitude.
