Senior Electrical Engineer

Our client, a full-service engineering firm active in both the Netherlands and Belgium, is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to take charge of the electrical discipline in diverse industrial projects based in the Geleen region. This role suits someone who enjoys taking initiative, guiding teams, and translating client needs into high-quality technical solutions.

You will lead the electrical scope of projects from concept to completion, coordinating your team, ensuring quality, and managing planning and budgets. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients on electrical matters and regularly visit client sites to gather data, conduct tests, or hold technical discussions. In addition, you will mentor junior engineers and help shape their development.
