As Projectleider EMC you will take responsibility for driving specialised EMC-projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, partners and project execution to make sure deliverables meet technical and regulatory requirements.
- Lead EMC-related projects within the Power & Energy domain from initiation, planning and design, to delivery and finalisation.
- Manage project and contract management tasks, including collaboration with (external) partners.
- Set up and standardise processes from the ground up develop streamlined workflows and ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain and expand relationships with stakeholders: clients, partners, subcontractors using a commercial and communicative mindset.
- Identify opportunities for project improvements and drive changes; provide leadership and guidance for project teams through the project lifecycle.
What do you need
- Demonstrable experience in project management and contract management, preferably in (power/energy) technical projects, and preferably including collaboration with external partners.
- Ability to build processes from the bottom up and standardise them; comfortable creating structure and ensuring repeatability.
- Strong commercial insight, with good communication skills, relationship-management and the ability to both maintain and grow stakeholder networks.
- A proactive, initiative-taking attitude: you identify chances, take action and bring colleagues along when implementing changes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and a genuine ambition to contribute to and further develop EMC-capabilities within the organisation.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, you can manage multiple moving parts and keep oversight.
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate with technical teams, management, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, combining technical sense with commercial awareness and client-oriented thinking.
- Flexible and adaptive, comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment, and open to building or improving processes
