In the Quotation Phase:

Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and assist the Project Manager in defining project scopes.
Collaborate with and support relevant factories.
Manage offerings for local content when necessary.
Prepare quotations, including commercial and technical aspects.
Support Sales and Project Management in securing orders.
Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records are up-to-date.

In the Execution Phase:

Assist in executing projects within committed timelines and budgets, providing progress reports to the organization.
Maintain strong stakeholder relations to ensure smooth implementation of service contracts and projects.
Identify and coordinate the necessary resources, including subcontractors and specialists.
Collaborate with Global Engineering and Manufacturing locations.

What do you need

Up to 3 years of project management experience.
Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or combined Business and Engineering.
Knowledge/experience in rotating equipment is an asset.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Dutch is preferred, and German and/or French are assets.
Strong commercial and contractual understanding to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical thinking, decision-making, result-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility, creativity, and an open-minded view.
