Onze klant levert zowel producten, systemen, installaties als diensten. Het gevarieerde leveringsprogramma bestrijkt vrijwel alle terreinen van de elektrotechniek en de elektronica. De Nederlandse afnemers uit de zakelijke markt vinden bij onze klant totaaloplossingen op het gebied van Power and gas, Wind Power and Renewables en vele andere sectoren.

Function

  • Plan qualitative technician and possibly employees of Third parties.
  • Handle / Order material, tools and/or measuring instruments for customers / technicians.
  • Inform active / consult (external) customer and be 1st point of contact in case of escalations with (external) customer.
  • Monitor activities and occupation degree to meet agreements and activities are realized.
  • Monitor correct administrative processing of hours and materials by technicians.
  • Draw up and review periodically availability reports.
  • Monitor all written hours by technicians, justify written indirect hours of technicians.
  • Keep up contacts within the group / technicians / other departments within the company.

Requirements

Experience with personnel planning (dispatching) in a service environment.

Education = MBO+; Professional Experience = 3-4 years, working in a (technical) Customer Service organization; Project Experience =1-2 years Additions Stress Resistant: in case of escalation (time pressure) taking decisions and being convincing while presenting these. Project Experience: taking part in project meetings. Presenting and prioritize capacity planning together with the Project Manager.
