Lead Electronics Engineer Assembly – The Netherlands


We are strengthening our organization on many fronts and expanding our Operations team. We are looking for a passionate Lead Electronics Engineer, who is ready for the next step and wants to make a significant contribution to our renowned printing machines in an ambitious environment.


  • As Lead Electronics Engineer Assembly you are responsible for the assembly of the electronical parts of various complex and highly accurate machines.
  • You often work independently on several machine projects simultaneously. You work together with mechanical engineers and automation engineers while supervising junior mechanics.
  • You can be deployed analyzing, improvising, and evaluating development projects with the engineering department.
  • Your workmanship demonstrates quality and accuracy directly influences the quality of the entire machine. You proactively detect problems or malfunctions, analyze them, and solve them. You accurately check your own work through checklists.
  • Quality problems are discussed with Quality Assurance and solved appropriately to prevent future instances.
  • You are responsible for the safety of your workplace and using tools properly.
  • You ensure that your workplace is orderly, clean and remains free of unnecessary materials.
  • You are part of the Operations team that consists of Planning and Preparation, Purchase and Logistics, Assembly and Quality. You will report to the Manager Assembly.


Your profile is as follows:

  • A completed education in the field of electrical engineering.
  • Additional courses or training, regarding machine safety or in the field of standards (like ISO) are an advantage.
  • 10 years experience in electrical engineering in a similar assembly company. Preferably with complex machines of own design.
  • Knowledge of PLC and Servo controllers.
  • Affinity with printing technology, (fine) mechanical engineering, mechatronics and pneumatics.
  • Working in a tidy and structured way is in your nature. And when solving problems you are looking for solutions prevention.
  • In addition, you can communicate well and you are analytical and resourceful.
  • You are a natural leader, you give clear instructions and show ownership. You do not hesitate to address your colleagues in a constructive way if something is not going as agreed.
  • You can create synergy with colleagues, produce a healthy atmosphere with a positive attitude.
  • You have oral and written skills in the English language and are willing to learn to speak the Dutch language.
  • You are an EU citizen.
