HR Advisor – Den Haag



We are looking for an all-round HR colleague, who wants to work in an enthusiastic HR team that is currently preparing for the future. This means, among other things, that part of the work will transition to a Shared service centre. Also our client is harmonizing and modernizing their terms and conditions.

They have some exciting challenges ahead of them and they are looking for an experienced colleague who can help transition the administrative processes and look critically at where we can improve. Besides, we also need assistance in the day-to-day work, as described below.

You will work closely in a team of around 8 colleagues, located in The Hague, but mostly working from home. This will also be the case for you.

You will be involved in:

  • Improving and updating processes and procedures
  • Making and/or updating written work Instructions on our processes
  • Updating our personnel system and ensure that data contained within the system is accurate
  • Driving data accuracy & system improvements
  • Providing administrative support for all aspects of HR
  • Preparing Payroll mutations
  • Providing guidance to employees on HR related topics
  • Supporting the HR team on additional projects


  • Bachelor diploma, preferably Human Resources Management
  • 3-5 years Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or similar HR function
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch is also a strong preference.

  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Computer literate
  • Desire to learn
