HR Administrator – Amsterdam

Organization

Our client will have to establish an entire governance process on various HR processes, like attracting, hiring, recruitment, Learning & Development. Design a simple, compliant process around all HR activities matching the governance.

Monitor consistency between countries. Standardized Reporting. In the start up phase ensure the compliant implementation in cooperation with local suppliers, local staff and HR teams

Function

  • Design and manager entire recruitment process
  • Execute employment contracts
  • Design and maintain employee filing system
  • Design compliant and simple HR processes around all activities, execute and monitor
  • Interface with payroll supplier, recruitment agencies, relocation and settling in providers
  • Execute the new employee on boarding process
  • Implement and maintain the HR IS system; execute the employee and management self service components
  • Design and distribute HR reports
  • Maintain and execute performance management process
  • Maintain training records
  • Execute and monitor performance management process
  • Support local HR teams setting up their processes and systems.


Requirements

  • HR background
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR automated HR systems
  • Experienced in running HR
  • Initiative and flexible
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
