Financial Administrator –

Organization

For an international corporate organisation we are looking for an experienced administrator who will invoice the debtors, create orders and reports, do leger checks and assist in real estate projects.

Function

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Periodic ledger and balance statement checks
  • Reporting gift cards, 3rd party balances
  • Rent related costs/budget overviews
  • Year-end activities
  • Assisting in projects running and upcoming

Requirements

Ideal profile

  • Minimal HBO work and thinking level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant financial experience , preferably within corporate organisations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, knowledge of Power query and basic VBA would be a pre)
  • Experience with ERP software preferably SAP
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
