Organization

Purpose of the role: Single point of contact for all real estate contracts; manage (sub) contracts related to office/employee facilities. Manage employee travel policy.

Function

  • Manage all office real estate;
  • Manage all employee related real estate like apartments, hotel, etc;
  • Manage travel policy; preferred airlines, hotel frame contracts, travel agent, and other PSL;
  • Functional manager of all office managers;
  • Office reception desks;
  • Purchasing/lease office equipment/ printers, stationary etc;
  • Manage contracts with lease car companies, relocation support companies.

Requirements

  • International facility management experience;
  • Commercial/contract management skills;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • People manager;
  • Cultural and political;
  • Acumen.
