WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY
In our quest to recruit engineers for companies in the Netherlands, we play fair. Hence our name. By playing fair we establish trust, work transparently and strive to create true win-win situations.
Founded in 2003 by Pieter Knibbe, Fairplay Engineering shortly became a full-blown family business: nowadays his three children are involved, including a number of non-family members who feel equally at home.
We connect candidates and companies that bring about the best in each other. That is because we have engineers in our recruitment team. They know the needs of a company well and assess our candidates accordingly. We do this in an honest fashion: no quick wins, inadequate solutions or fees that are needlessly high. Instead, we focus on creating an optimal match between employer and employee, as only great matches will lead to extraordinary performances.
